Transportation fees will be adjusted based on distance and area — especially for Manhattan, where higher logistical costs apply.
3. Restaurant Logistics
Before booking, please confirm the following details with the restaurant:
- Permission & Timing: Whether external decoration services are allowed and the exact setup time permitted.
- Table Size: Approximate dimensions (length and width) and whether the table is narrow, rectangular, or round.
- Textiles & Menus: Whether the restaurant provides table linens and cloth napkins (including colors), and whether it offers printed menus.
- If not, we will gladly include these items as part of your proposal.
Once this information is received, our design team will accurately calculate the cost of the required décor — including charger plates, tableware, floral arrangements, and other decorative elements — and will send you a detailed final quote that reflects the exclusivity of your luxury tablescape.
