¿How Far in Advance Should I Book My Proposal?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance to secure your desired date and allow us to plan every detail with precision.
Can I Customize the Design or Style of the Proposal?
Yes, all of our proposal setups are fully customizable. You can share your inspiration photos or ideas, and we’ll adapt the design to your preferred style, theme, or color palette.
Do You Include a Photographer or Videographer?
We can include professional photography or videography services as an add-on, depending on availability, client preference, and event location.
Can I Bring My Own Photographer or Additional Decorator?
Yes, as long as we are notified in advance so we can coordinate access, space, and setup timing accordingly.
What Happens If It Rains on the Day of the Event?
In case of bad weather, we offer the option to reschedule your event or move the setup indoors, depending on availability.
How Long Does the Full Experience Last?
The entire experience lasts approximately 3 hours, including setup, event time, and breakdown.
Can I Add Guests or Attendees to the Proposal?
Yes, a limited number of guests can be included; however, this must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust the setup and pricing accordingly.
Can I Choose the Location for My Proposal?
Absolutely. We work in various parks and locations across New York and the surrounding areas.
You may also choose a private venue or restaurant, as long as the location authorizes external decorations.
Does the Price Include Fresh or Artificial Flowers?
That depends on the selected package. Some include fresh flowers, while others feature premium artificial arrangements.
We can adapt the design based on your preference and budget.
What If I Need to Change the Date or Cancel?
Your event can be rescheduled based on availability, as long as we are notified at least one week in advance.
For cancellations made after that period, our booking policy will apply, since all materials and logistics are prepared in advance.
Is a Permit Required?
That depends on the location, number of guests, and setup you choose.
If needed, we can assist you with the permit application process.
Please note that if your event requires a permit, it must be requested at least 3 weeks in advance.
