DIY Luxury Picnic Kits -Service Terms & Conditions
At Unique Picnics, we want you to enjoy a beautiful, seamless experience.
For this reason, we have established the following policies regarding the use, care, and return of our DIY Luxury Picnic Kits:
Pick-Up and Return Schedule
- The kit may be picked up starting at 10:00 a.m.
- The kit must be returned by 6:00 p.m. on the same day.
- If the kit is picked up after 2:00 p.m., it must be returned no later than 10:00 a.m. the following day.
- Any delay in returning the kit will incur an additional fee, which will be automatically charged to the card or deposit associated with the booking.
Transportation
- This service does not include transportation.
- Kits may be picked up directly from our warehouse.
- If the client prefers delivery service, an additional delivery fee will apply, based on the delivery and pick-up location.
Refundable Deposit
- A $200 USD refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the kit is returned, once we verify that all items have been returned in the same condition as they were delivered.
- In case of damage, stains, or missing items, the corresponding cost will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the card on file.
Floral Décor
All our kits include high-quality premium artificial flowers, carefully selected to maintain a luxurious aesthetic without the need for maintenance.
If the client prefers fresh flowers, they may request them in advance for an additional cost.
Client Responsibility
Once the kit has been delivered, the client assumes full responsibility for all items and their proper use during the rental period.
Unique Picnics is not responsible for personal belongings left behind, nor for any damages caused by weather conditions or accidents during the use of the kit.
Add-ons and Enhancements
We offer a variety of optional add-ons (such as LED signs, custom signage, extra blankets, or fresh flowers).
These must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Payment Methods
All payments must be completed prior to the kit’s delivery.
Deposits may be made via Zelle, credit card, or cash.
Any additional charges (in case of delays or damages) will be applied to the payment method on file.
Changes, Cancellations, or Rescheduling
You may reschedule your delivery date with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

By completing a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the above policies and terms.
