FAQ’S Luxury Picnics
Do You Have Suggested Locations?
We are familiar with beautiful parks such as Astoria Park, Long Island City, and Central Park.
However, if you have another special location in mind, or simply prefer to enjoy your picnic in your own backyard, terrace, or private space, just let us know — we’ll make it happen.
How Long Does the Experience Last?
You’ll enjoy 2 full hours with our luxury picnic setup. Please note that if you’d like to extend your time, an additional hourly fee may apply based on the extra time requested.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
The earlier, the better! We ask that you schedule your picnic at least one week in advance so we can provide the best possible service.
That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
What Happens If It Rains?
You can plan a beautiful picnic — but you can’t control the weather! ☁️
If it rains, you may choose to host your picnic indoors at a new location or reschedule for another available date. Please note that refunds are not offered due to weather cancellations, but we’re happy to help you reschedule your event according to availability.
Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?
Yes! We require a $100–$200 deposit (depending on event size).
This deposit serves as a security guarantee and will be refunded after your event, once we’ve confirmed that all items have been returned in their original, undamaged condition.
Do You Provide Alcohol?
If your picnic is hosted in a public location, we do not provide alcohol.
Please note that alcoholic beverages are prohibited in most public parks and beaches across New York.
If you choose to bring your own beverages, you may do so at your own discretion and responsibility.
What Is Your Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy?
We kindly ask that you notify us at least one week in advance if you wish to cancel your event. Cancellations without prior notice will result in the loss of the date reservation deposit.
If you plan to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made on the same day or less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled event will be charged in full.
In the event of a no-show, the total amount will also be charged — no exceptions.
How Is Payment Made?
Your booking is confirmed with a 20% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the event and can be made via Zelle or credit card. Please note that tax and card processing fees will be applied to credit card payments.
How Will I Find My Picnic Setup?
You will receive a text message with a pinned location of your luxury picnic setup 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.
What Happens If I’m Running Late?
We understand that unexpected delays can happen; however, your experience time will not be extended. Service time begins and ends at the previously agreed schedule, allowing us to maintain the punctuality and quality of all our events.
What If I Want to Leave Early?
If you wish to end your experience earlier than planned, please notify us at least 30 minutes in advance via text or phone call. Please note that you are responsible for all setup items until a team member arrives on-site to collect them.
Do You Offer Personalized or Themed Options?
Yes, we offer custom and themed decorations to match the style and occasion of each client.
